Elo ratings
- Bradley-Terry / Elo maths on a FargoRate-style scale (100 points ≈ 2:1 odds on a rack)
- Ratings rebuilt by replaying every played frame in date order — consistent after corrections
- Singles frames at full strength; doubles use pair averages and half the K-factor
- Provisional until 200 frames, then established (ratings move more slowly)
- Optional public labels: Novice through Elite / Pro

How you get it
- Your own isolated league site — not a listing inside a national directory
- A subdomain on all four of our domains (poolleaguepro.co.uk, poolleaguepro.uk, plpro.co.uk, and plpro.uk) so you can choose which to use
- Or a dedicated league domain we set up for you (extra cost), or a domain you already own
- HTTPS-ready IIS hosting, same stack as the demo (Node, Express, EJS)
- Free throughout beta, then £60 per year
